FLYN-YACHTING, data controller within the meaning of the GDPR, undertakes to comply with its obligations regarding the protection of personal data and to use your data responsibly and confidentially.
1. Use of your personal data
FLYN-YACHTING processes the personal data received directly from you when you fill in the contact form or subscribe to the service offer. The processing is necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and for the proper functioning of the service platform.
Categories of data processed: surname, first name, email address, telephone. Without this data, FLYN-YACHTING will not be able to satisfy your request.
The data is only accessible to authorised FLYN-YACHTING personnel. It is kept for the time needed to process your request and for the duration of the contractual relationship, then in an intermediate archive for the duration of the legal limitation period.
2. Contact form
To communicate with its customers, FLYN-YACHTING asks for your surname, first name and email address (mandatory), and optionally information about your company (optional).
This data is kept for 3 years in our files. It is neither transmitted nor exchanged with any third party. You may at any time request its communication, rectification or deletion.
3. Navigation or location data
As part of the commercial or private use of a yacht, FLYN-YACHTING processes the navigation or location data required to produce the requested services. The categories of data may include:
- Personal data of the professionals and persons in charge of the yacht
- Personal data of the intermediaries to the commercial contract
- Static, administrative or commercial data of the yacht and the companies involved in its management
- Kinematic data of the yacht: positions, dates, ports, planned and actual routes
- Passenger movements
- Commercial mooring and stopover activities
FLYN-YACHTING recommends that any personal data relating to customers, charterers or passengers be deleted or redacted from the documents provided. This information is neither recorded nor processed, and is deleted along with the documents as soon as the service is completed.
4. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your data
- Request the rectification of your data
- Request the erasure of your data
- Request the restriction of processing
- Object to the processing of your data
- Set guidelines on the fate of your data after your death
To exercise these rights, send your request by email to info@flyn-yachting.com; a reply will be provided within one month. If you consider that your data is not processed in accordance with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr).
