Mixed Commercial Use of Fuel – A Regulatory Reminder

Following the Customs & Tax meeting held in Antibes, which we attended, we would like to remind you of the regulations on mixed commercial use of fuel. The taxation of fuel products varies with the commercial use of the yacht, whether it operates under a charter or a transport agreement.
Commercial yachts are authorised to combine both statuses within the same year under the “mixed commercial use” regime, subject to conditions. Important: when mixed use is planned, a prior declaration must be submitted to Customs, and the official summary table must be completed and declared at year-end.
