Certificate of sale in international or EU waters
Certification of the yacht’s position at the time of sale to confirm its presence in international, European or territorial waters, accompanied by navigation data and associated evidence.
FLYN-YACHTING issues a certificate specifying the exact time period during which the yacht was in international waters, including, where applicable, its origin from a third country.
Conversely, in order to retain the benefit of the VAT paid, it is proof of the yacht’s presence in the country in question at the time of sale that will be certified.
A detailed map, including the boundaries of territorial waters, points of entry and exit, and a complete list of supporting positions (longitude, latitude, date and time), is attached to the certificate.
Simply cross-referencing the precise date and time on the certificate of sale with the FLYN-YACHTING attestation provides legally valid proof that the sale took place in international waters or, conversely, in the case of a “VAT-paid” sale, that it took place within the territory.
