Certificate of the date and location of the yacht’s first entry into EU territory (temporary admission, 18-month period).
FLYN-YACHTING issues a written certificate specifying the exact date and position of the yacht’s last stay in a third country, the route taken up to entry into the European customs territory (territorial waters), and entry into the first EU port, thereby confirming the date and time of entry into the EU’s tax territory.
A detailed map, including the boundaries of territorial waters, points of entry and a complete list of supporting coordinates (longitude, latitude, date and time), is attached to the certificate.
